At KILLA K1SS GAMING, we partner with Printful to create custom, made-to-order products. Please review our return policy carefully before purchasing.
 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
 

Because our products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
 

• Wrong size selected

• Change of mind

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect address entered by customer

This policy complies with Texas law, which allows businesses to define return terms for custom and made-to-order items.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We will replace or refund items if they arrive:
 

• Damaged

• Defective

• Printed incorrectly

• Different from what was ordered

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.

Approved claims will be handled through Printful and resolved with a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
 

• Once an order is marked delivered, KILLA K1SS GAMING is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the item, please contact your local carrier.

REFUNDS
 

• Refunds are issued only for approved claims

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun. Please double-check sizing, color, and shipping information before placing your order.
